In Mr. Korver’s essay written for The Players Tribune he encourages fans to identify and denounce racism.
Speaking to the Deseret News about his human rights essay,Privileged, as published in The Players Tribune, Mr. Korver listed four things he's trying to
do to become part of the solution to the problems of racism. These include: educating
himself on the history of racism in America, listening to others, supporting leaders
and policies that champion racial justice and knowing when to get out of the way in
order to amplify marginalized voices. From there, he encourages fans to amplify the
voices of the marginalized, to speak up for human rights, to be the solution to ending
racism.
